Mt. Sabrina Mountain View Resort (Jam's Garden Restaurant)

Mt. Sabrina at dusk
I've previously blogged about this beautiful resort on top of a hill, overlooking the picturesque Sarangani Bay. Quite frankly, I get confused whether it is really called Jam's Garden Resort or Mt. Sabrina Garden Resort. But forget the name since the mere mention of Mt. Sabrina to locals, they will readily point you to this wonderful resort.

The last time I was here (see previous blog here), the pool and rooms were still under construction. After roughly 3 or 4 months approximate -- Voila! The pool is now open to the public for a fee of P100/pax inclusive of the entrance fees. If you don't plan on taking a dip however, be prepared to shell out a measly P50/pax but then you won't be allowed within the pool area.

The pool is divided into three parts, one I would presume is the baby pool since it is shallow and perfect for toddlers or little kids to wade in. Another is the main pool area which I think has  a depth of about 4'-6 ft at the most. At the farthest there is a round jacuzzi type of pool although at the time we were there, it wasn't operational.

The resort has six newly constructed rooms perfect for honeymooners or small families since each room has either a queen sized bed or two single beds equipped with flat-screen TVs, hot and cold shower, air conditioning and all the usual amenities.

Each of the rooms have a view of the pool
For these rooms, they charge P3,000 per night with unlimited pool access. Personally, I think it is a little bit pricey  but given the facilities, you might say it is okay for the moment. Let's just hope that they can maintain their facilities well.

For inquiries/reservations you may contact Mt. Sabrina Garden Resort through these numbers: +63923-2442430 or +63905-2987555 and look for Ms. Sally. Or through these numbers: +63923-72333070 and +63949-8674725. Landline number: (083) 3045341

As I remember, 100/pax inclusive entrance fee with free access to their pool then 50/pax inclusive entrance fee but you are not allowed on the pool.

That's what I can remember on her other blog.

Didn't stay at the resort, just had brekky at their Don Pepe Clubhouse. Nice ambiance but terrible food and service. The servers had no idea what they were doing. They didn't even know what a butter knife was. The pancakes tasted like gas. For the price (P160), they served Vienna sausage swimming in oil. Horrible experience.
