Bodyrest Spa

It was a friend's birthday and we decided to treat ourselves to a much needed break and girl time at this new spa we discovered in Gensan...
Bodyrest Spa

It is located at the 2nd floor of PG building at National Highway (near Queenies subd).
Upon reaching the top floor, I instantly noticed the beautiful wood trimmed glass entryway of the spa. It was one of a kind.

The rooms in the spa are named after tourist destinations like Lake Sebu and Boracay. In a way, they are trying to create an atmosphere like being on a vacation (well at least until you are inside their spa).

This might probably be the room for foot spas and foot massages adorned with native bilaos and bamboo. This is reminiscent of being on an island resort getaway. Sorry, have yet to try the foot massage or foot spa so can't tell you how it was. :) The spa attendant forgot to include my foot massage in my package :(

the cobblestones leading to the massage rooms...

This is one of their massage rooms, where I tried the Shatthai or the dry massage. It is a Thai massage where the full body pressure and dynamic postures involved would encourage slipping if oils were used. For this reason, the massage is performed through the recipient's clothes and on their bare skin. It was a nice change from the usual Shiatsu or Swedish massages. Really worth a try and will only set you back for P300 for an hour's massage.

They also do facials and other services like mani/pedi, hairpsa and Kiddie Spa. Hmmm.. I have yet to try the kiddie spa treat for my little girl one time.

For more information on Bodyrest Spa, here is the list of their services and rates.

For further info and bookings, you may call them at this number: 083 552-4377. The amiable owner, Mr. Garry Bianzon is always in his spa and also very approachable so you can tell him your requests/concerns regarding his spa. You can reach him through this number: 0922-3767627. They also accept home and hotel services at a special rate.

They also have a satellite branch at Koronadal city located at the 2nd floor of D&J building, Gensan Drive corner ARellano St. Open daily at 9AM-3PM.

Homedic foot spa massager therapy is a great way to relax and soothe sore, aching feet, and these portable models can also improve your overall health. While there are several advantages to owning a home foot massager,So every one buy it own usages.

Not only should you be hydrating well before the massage, but hydrating well AFTER the best massage therapists Toronto is essential. My massage therapist gave a very good analogy when she said our bodies are like a wet dish cloth. When you wring out the cloth you are releasing all the water

Foot massager is very new word for developing country people. They don't understand properly it's importance. Now many people are show interest on this. My advice for them is please visit this site for that.www.foottherapy.net
